Winter Sales 2013 in Paris
In just a few days into the New Year 2013, crowds of people from all over the world will gather in the heart of Paris for its infamous Soldes d’Hiver, or Winter Sales 2013. The winter sales this year begin on Wednesday, 9 January 2013 and goes on for 5 weeks, ending on 12 February 2013. During this period, all manner of businesses – luxury boutiques, specialty shops, big department stores – participate in serious price slashing of different degrees. Some stores start reductions at 30% off, others are even bolder with a 70% discount off retail prices!
